At Especialize Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. All purchases come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). As stated by the ACCC, “Businesses must provide remedies for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.” This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or does not perform as expected. Returns accepted for faulty and non faulty items.
